Shipping & delivery
Delivery across Malta and Gozo
Heavy items are delivered on our own pallet-capable vehicles rather than a standard courier. Malta deliveries are typically 1–3 working days from dispatch. Gozo runs are scheduled weekly, and we confirm the day with you before loading.
Dispatch timeframes
In-stock equipment is picked and dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation. Backorder items show an estimated lead time on the product page, and we confirm the date by email before your order is processed.
Delivery day
Kerbside delivery is standard. Racks, plate loads and machines are heavy, and many Maltese townhouses have narrow entrances and stairs — please tell us about access when you order so we can plan the crew. Inside placement and installation can be arranged for commercial fit-outs.
Payment
We accept cash on pickup or delivery, and internet banking. Bank details are never published on this website — after you place an order our team emails payment instructions directly to you.
